Lifetime Service Plan

Your state-of-the-art monitored security system is designed to provide years of dependable protection. Sometimes, however, even the best-made electronic products require occasional service or repair. We offer all of our customers an initial 1-year warranty on systems installed.  As a Guardian Alarm Systems customer, the Lifetime Service Plan is designed to protect you against costly repair bills aftter the initial year, providing you with diagnostic repairs and reprogramming free of charge or on-site repairs for only $35 per trip.

Coverage and Terms
On residential accounts, The Lifetime Service Plans start at only an additional $10.00 per month.  The service plan covers all parts and labor under normal operating conditions and due to ordinary wear and tear. You pay only a $35 deductible per service trip, regardless of the time required or equipment cost needed for the repair.  The Lifetime Service Plan will remain valid as long as you are a Guardian Alarm Systems customer and stay current on your monthly monitoring and service plan fees. Guardian Alarm Systems reserves the right to use new or reconditioned parts at the time of replacement or to retain any parts removed from the system. Service will be provided during Guardian Alarm Systems’ regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. central time. Service provided for repairs after these hours will be based on Guardian Alarm Systems’ customary after-hour labor rates.
